Be the right-hand person to both the CFO and the HR Director as you go beyond routine administrative support to position yourself as a true business partner to the leadership team. Whether administration is your niche or you are looking for a career pathway within a growing company, this position will challenge all of your multi-tasking and project management abilities while helping you to expand your business experience and skills.

With an abundance of organization and razor-sharp attention to details, you'll not only handle the day-to-day administrative details (such as calendaring, travel arrangements etc.), but also provide support in coordinating financial reports and high-level presentations as well as perform a variety of ad-hoc duties. You will join two other Administrative Assistants and work as a team to also provide receptionist support for the company. Pivotal to your success is a proactive, service-oriented attitude as you juggle a lot of administrative balls and stay adaptive to our needs in an evolving environment. Communication, problem solving and reliability are at the heart of this role as you support diverse stakeholders with poise and professionalism and showcase sensitivity in handling confidential information.

Prioritization will be pivotal; we expect that you'll grasp the priorities pretty quickly, but we'll also look to you to ask when you need guidance.
